One of the ‘hits’ was an article entitled, “Consumer Perceptions of Price, Quality and Value: A Means-End Model and Synthesis of Evidence.” This topic had potential to be of interest to me. I scanned the article’s summary paragraph and found this question, “What do consumers mean by quality and value?” Substituting Amerimulch Customers for consumers would now make the article very interesting.
