Count Buckets Today?

Amerimulch works hard every day to deliver more Real Tangible Value^© than any other colorant supplier in our industry.  We have demonstrated that in the past by bringing forward industry related news and information through our quarterly newsletter, website blog and forum and our biennial CustomerTribute.  We have also worked even closer with our customers on monitoring and controlling their costs by providing onsite calibrations and quarterly colorant-use reports.  While these all have unmistakable value, much of it is lost if we are not monitoring and controlling daily production.  Throughout the summer of 2010 we look to add more Real Tangible Value to this area of our customers’ businesses as well.

Each of our territory sales managers will be working with and training site-level operators on production measuring techniques.  We will support that effort with the tools needed to conduct daily production measurements.  We even went one step further by clothing your operators in hopes it will be a visual reminder to one of the most important activities they need to conduct each and every day.  By the time our sales manager leaves, each operator will have a target bucket count for a given period of time.  If that target is not met at any time they should stop and ask questions before they do anything else.
